Hi folks, and welcome to my blog!
I am Chanelle, and I’m 30. This blog will mainly be about books, cats and travelling. Some of my posts will also be about Turner Syndrome. Turner Syndrome is the complete or partial deletion of the second X chromosome, and I was diagnosed with that condition when I was eight. The main symptom is short stature. Several other symptoms also affect women with Turner’s differently.
I am Canadian, and I have worked for the airline industry for the past ten years. I was lucky enough to visit different places in Canada, Europe, Japan, and the Caribbeans. I have travelled quite a bit in the past few years, and I miss it now that our borders are closed.
I’m looking forward to a better future post-COVID-19 and more travelling. I thought that writing about past travels would be a creative way to help me wait until I can travel again.
I have two bookcases filled with novels of different genres. When I was about eight years old, my mom bought me the first Harry Potter book, and I have loved reading ever since. I also have had nothing better to do ever since I’m on COVID break from work. I thought I could include a few reading suggestions to this blog.
I am also a crazy cat lady. I am owned by two spoiled cats named Cleopatra and Caesar. I will be writing about feline behaviour and share funny cat videos and cute cat pictures on this blog.
I was recently published on Ragdolls UK’s blog, you can read the article here: https://ragdollsuk.wordpress.com/2020/08/27/my-ts-story-by-chanelle-pepin/
